Return Policy

For hygiene and safety reasons, we cannot accept returns on any grooming products that have been opened or used.

We want you to be fully satisfied with your purchase. Because grooming products are personal-use items, our return policy has specific limitations. Please read carefully before making a return request.

General Policy

  • Our return window is 30 days from the date of purchase.
  • Items must be unused, unopened, and in their original packaging.
  • A receipt or proof of purchase is required.
  • Pre-authorization is required for all returns. Please email sales@babersshopsupply.com before sending anything back. Unauthorized returns will not be accepted.

Why Grooming Products Are Different

Grooming, haircare, and skincare items are personal-use products. Once opened or used, they cannot be resold for hygiene and safety reasons. To protect all customers, we only accept returns on grooming products that are completely unopened, unused, and in their original sealed packaging.

Non-Returnable Items

  • Opened or used grooming, haircare, or skincare products.
  • Gift cards.
  • Sale items (final sale unless defective).

Refunds (If Approved)

  • Once your return is received and inspected, we’ll email you an approval or rejection.
  • Approved refunds are issued to your original payment method.
  • Processing times vary depending on your bank or credit card provider.

Exchanges

  • We replace items only if they are defective or damaged.
  • To request an exchange, email sales@babersshopsupply.com with your order number, photos, and details.

Damaged, Defective or Incorrect Items

  • Please contact us within 7 days of delivery if your order arrived damaged, defective, or incorrect.
  • Include your order number and clear photos of the product and packaging so we can assist you quickly.

Return Shipping

  • Unless the item is defective, damaged, or we made an error, customers are responsible for return shipping costs.
  • We recommend using a trackable shipping service, as we are not responsible for returns lost in transit.

Bundles & Kits

For bundled or kit products, all items in the bundle must be returned unused and unopened to qualify for a refund.
